That's a liability with a high-vis vest on. We do the opposite. Every worker who goes out under the Harwell name has met us face to face and been walked through the real job before they start. We don't sell a role as "general labouring" and hope for the best. We tell our workers what they're walking into — the levels, the units, the program — so they're bought in before day one. We don't chase every contractor in South East Queensland. We're selective, because that's the only way we keep our word. If we can't service a site properly, we don't take it on. That's why builders come back. Not because we're the cheapest. Because when we say someone will be on site Monday, they're on site Monday, and they already know the job.
